FROM ROYAL WEDDINGS TO HAMPTONS CHARITY FUNCTIONS

Earlier this summer award-winning chef Stefano Catenacci was the man behind H.R.H. Princess Madeleine’s wedding dinner when she recently got married to American financier Chris O’Neill. This week he’s making a guest appearance at White Night, a prestigious fundraising event for Longhouse Reserve.

Swedish Culinary Summer, a major Swedish initiative set to promote Swedish gastronomy, tourism destinations, consumer products and business investment, presents a summer season packed with Swedish top chefs introducing fine Swedish cuisine at selected charity events in the Hamptons. Among the chefs are many Guide Michelin starred restaurateurs and award-winning chefs from all parts of the country. Stefano Catenacci is not only the Chef des Cuisine of celebrated Operakällaren restaurant in Stockholm, he is also responsible for all banquets held at the Royal Castle – among those the two recent princess wedding. In 2010, the wedding dinner for H.R.H Crown Princess Victoria and earlier this summer, her little sister Madeleine. Stefano has made guest appearances all over the world, but this is his first time in the USA.
